1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of the services provided by La Marca Print Shop. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Payment Policy

Full payment is required before production begins on any order. We accept payments through Shopify Checkout, and Afterpay is available for eligible purchases. No work will commence until payment has been received and confirmed.

3. Demo Approval Process

After your order is placed and payment is received, we will create a digital demo (mockup) of your product. You will receive this demo within 24–48 hours. You must review and approve the demo before we proceed to production. It is your responsibility to verify all details (spelling, colors, sizing, logo placement) before giving your approval.

4. Production & Turnaround Time

Once you approve the demo, production will begin. Standard production time is 5–7 business days. Turnaround times may vary depending on order size and complexity. We will communicate any delays promptly.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before the demo is approved and production begins.
  • Once you approve the demo and production has started, no refunds or cancellations will be issued, as materials have already been allocated and work has begun.
  • If there is a defect or error on our part (e.g., wrong print, wrong item), we will reprint or replace the item at no additional cost.

6. Shipping Terms

We ship all orders via UPS. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and package size. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. La Marca Print Shop is not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier or for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. Intellectual Property

By submitting a design or logo for printing, you confirm that you own the rights to the artwork or have proper authorization to reproduce it. La Marca Print Shop is not responsible for any copyright or trademark infringement resulting from customer-provided designs.
